The KwikKit® is comprised of two containers in one, for which,
each component is kept separate. The combined maximum amount
of fluid does not exceed 59ml. Product ratios are kept accurate
by utilizing a volumetric piston filling machine capable
of pumping 2.5cc-128cc. Prior to sealing of paint components,
the introduction of nitrogen is implemented to assure integrity
of products that may be susceptible to ambient air.
Firmly insert flat end of dip tube into bottom of spray unit.
Remove cap from paint bottle, (Do not remove inner catalyst
insert from bottle) pierce top seal and bottom seal of catalyst
insert with finned dip tube attached to spray unit, while
rotating spray unit clockwise until firmly seated on paint
bottle. Allow an induction period of twenty minutes for most
urethane/epoxy products. After induction, apply product to
surface as an aerosol applicator.
KwikKits® should be stored in a cool dry location. Extreme
temperatures and humidity conditions are not recommended,
and may affect the shelf life of the product. Keep from freezing
and store in a recommended hazardous material location. Shelf
life 1 year from date of packaging, unless otherwise specified.
The KwikKit® is designed to be disposable,
upon completion of work performed, any material that may
be left should solidify, then may be discarded as solid waste
according to local regulations.
