High Performance Multi-Component Acrylic Urethane

AcryGlo High Solids  is a VOC Compliant product, it exhibits outstanding gloss and gloss retention upon weathering. Excellent (DOI) distinctness of image, good  buffing characteristics, and free of lead and chromate hazards.

AcryGlo High Solids is commonly used as an overall paint topcoat on single engine aircraft and helicopters. It is also used as the primary product for stripes/accent colors.  Available in Metallic Base Coat/Clear Coat, and endless array of colors. See Data sheets for proper mix ratios.

Metal Pretreatment Systems

AcryGlo High Solids should be applied to a surface that has been properly treated and coated with the proper products.

1) Phosphoric Acid Etch Treatment & Chromic Acid Conversion (Alodine)

2) 484-684 Wash Primer

Two-Component Primer 4:1 Mix ratio.

483-505/120-506 High Solids Corrosion Resistant Epoxy Primer
Two-Component Primer 2:1 Mix Ratio

480-920/120-911  High Solids Epoxy Surfacer
Two-Component White Surfacer Primer 4:1 Mix Ratio
