High Performance Multi-Component Acrylic Urethane

A proven performance coating in the aviation industry for over 20 years, AcryGlo is quick drying, exhibits outstanding gloss, and gloss retention upon weathering. It has a high resistance to chipping, and its excellent buffing characteristics make it a top choice for single engine aircraft or helicopters.

AcryGlo is commonly used as an overall paint topcoat on single engine aircraft and helicopters. It is also used as the primary product for stripes/accent colors. Its simple 3:1 mix ratio and ease of application make it the best alternative to commonly misused automotive paints. Available in Metallic Base Coat/Clear Coat, and endless array of colors.

Metal Pretreatment Systems

AcryGlo should be applied to a surface that has been properly treated and coated with the proper products.

1) Phosphoric Acid Etch Treatment & Chromic Acid Conversion (Alodine)

483-928/120-828 High Solids Corrosion Resistant Epoxy Primer
Two-Component Primer 4:1 Mix ratio.

483-505/120-506 High Solids Corrosion Resistant Epoxy Primer
Two-Component Primer 2:1 Mix Ratio

480-920/120-911  High Solids Epoxy Surfacer
Two-Component White Surfacer Primer 4:1 Mix Ratio
